Constellation Schools: Parma Community is a charter school that educates students in grades K-12. Parma Community Middle, located at 5983 W. 54th Street in Parma currently educates students in grades 7-8. Our charter with the State of Ohio limits us to smaller class sizes, usually no more than twenty two students per class. We provide a complete curriculum which meets and exceeds all the Common Core Standards which have been adopted by the State of Ohio. We also take part in all state mandated assessments.
Parma Community Middle (PCM) is small enough to provide your child with all of the individual attention that they require on a day to day basis. Our staff of highly qualified teachers licensed by the State of Ohio serves as excellent role models. We do require a school dress code and place a strong emphasis on values through our Character Education program. Our middle school builds upon skills acquired in previous learning that allow for a smooth transition into high school.
In addition, we offer a wide range of extra-curricular activities. National Junior Honor Society, Student Council, Homework Club, Intramurals, Ski Club, Green Team and Choir are just a few of the opportunities available to our middle school students. Our parent support organization, The Friends Group holds a variety of activities throughout the school year including Family Fun Nights, Father/Daughter and Mother/Son events, Scholastic Book Fairs and Market Day.
